Krasnodar city blocks miniature at the scale of 1:1500

This architectural miniature of a part of the City of Krasnodar is dimensioned 5×3 m. Thus, the total square of the miniature is 15 m2.

The miniature has lighting controls for each individual city district.

The miniature was built using acrylic plastic, metal, wood, various other plastics, and the technologies of laser cutting, and 3D cutting and engraving applied.

To enable transportability of the miniature, it is subdivided into modules. This division is accomplished along the street lines and waterbodies’ lining to ensure maximally accurate docking of the modules when assembling the stand.

Each module in itself is a completed element of the miniature, assembled into an enclosed body and having an electric wiring slot to be linked up into the sole electric chain, as well as fixtures to adjoin the modules between themselves into the one field of the miniature. Each module of the miniature is fairly compact and encompasses 16 to 25 city blocks. When corrections of this or another block are necessary, either the entire module in question is replaced, or its part, or only some of its components are modified.

The miniature is provided with durable transportation packaging with quick locks, concealable handles and fixtures for mechanized loading and aircraft transportation.
