Ivanovets truck crane model at the scale of 1:43

We manufactured a consignment of 50 models of Ivanovets truck crane deployed on the specialized BAZ chassis. Rated load capacity of the crane is 100 tons. The models are made of plastic with the maximum possible detail, employing the technology of laser prototyping.

Two designers worked on the model for 2 months. The work on the model cost us 120,000 RUR. Due to the high standards set for the quality of the item the building of the master-model was set in three stages using two different technologies. The model consists of 250 various parts. The cost of the master-model build is 115,000 RUR, with the molding cost comprising 350,000 RUR. Assembly of one crane model by one modeler takes 2 weeks.
