Rig Drilling panorama miniature at the scale of 1:43
We have undertaken to create a panorama miniature titled Rig Drilling. The miniature will be 1×0.7×0.7 meters in size. It also will be dynamic. We are going to implement a cyclical algorithm to demonstrate the work of a drilling rig consisting of the following phases:
- arrival of the six-wheeler Ural truck-based rig on site;
- deployment of the drilling equipment from transportation mode to work mode;
- launch of the bore bit;
- plunging the bore bit into the soil (the process is going to be provided with lighting);
- return of the rig to the start position with the reversed operations described above.
At the start position, the truck with the drilling rig is going to be placed in a niche inside a cliff. The miniature will also depict the natural landscape — trees, bush, etc.
To protect the miniature from dust, we will also make a plastic dome. To safely transport the miniature, we will manufacture a transportation box with fast fixtures. The miniature will also be complete with chrome legs for exhibiting.
